Red Enchilada Sauce
Not really sure what was off but these were not a big hit with my family. I used the red enchilada sauce recipe on here. Since I am not sure it if is the sauce or the enchiladas that went wrong I am going to have to make them separately and see.

Campbell's Kitchen Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
My husband really liked these. He said that they were a major improvement to my old enchiladas which tasted nothing close to mexican. The only thing that I changed was that I left out the green onion.
