Corn Dog Casserole
Great recipe! I did leave out the onions and celery and the sage, just my preference. I may try to add some honey to make the bread taste a bit more like corn dogs.

Black Bean Lasagna
This recipe is awesome! I have passed it on to many friends who rave about it too. It tastes great re-heated for left-overs! Can also serve with sour cream, yum!
