About this Cook
Married in December 2007. Live in the South Bay, Calif. Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Psychology w/Honors in May 2009. Currently working on my Master's Degree in Marital & Family Therapy.
My favorite things to cook
Steaks, Omelets, Tuna Casserole, Seafood Pasta, CHICKEN!! Vanilla ice cream w/ assorted toppings...candy bars, pizza, all the bad stuff that saps your will @ the grocery store---
My favorite family cooking traditions
Spoiled by Mom for sure. She and her brother are the go-to gourmets at any family get together. No one is ever disappointed when these two get together in the kitchen. My wife is gaining on her though. She's awesome. I'm VERY lucky!! LOL.
My cooking triumphs
Tuna Casserole, close to perfect omelets with just about anything in the kitchen...made a crazy salad with "chicken that was marinated in a sauce made from 3 jalapeno peppers". Steaks marinated for 2 days.
My cooking tragedies
Burned some cookies once (1st time). Accidentally "smoked" a pizza because I didn't properlyclean a dirty broiler plate beforehand...

Lasagna Alfredo
Thank you for this conscise, clear, and easy recipe Amanda. I have already used it twice in the span of two weeks. First for my Dad's birthday, and again 6 days later for a school pot-luck party. My family absolutely loved it, and my colleagues were amazed that I brought such a seemingly intricate dish. I can't think of a better recommendation than THAT. Thanks.

Best Tuna Casserole
Tuna casserole has always been in my Top 3 of favorite dishes. My mom made it for us when we were kids. I had never even thought to try to do it myself. Until today. This recipe was EXCELLENT. Clear and concise directions with a wonderful result that both my wife and I would like to say THANK YOU for! We just added a special dish to look forward to from now on. Awesome.
