Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
I thought that they way this recipe was written would have turned out very, very dry. I added sour cream and mayonnaise, and more cheese, as well as some garlic, and it turned out fantastic. I also made sourdough crostini and it was a huge hit! It's great if you add sour cream and mayo but too dry and not enough flavor otherwise!

Coconut Cream Cake I

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This was delicious! Everyone loved it- even people who don't like coconut! I'll definitely be making this again. I'd suggest using a little less sugar in the frosting, since the cake is already rich and sweet. Wonderfully moist and flavorful. Not unlike a coconut Tres Leches cake. Thanks for the recipe!

This was AMAZING! We had it as an appetizer at our Christmas party, and EVERYONE loved it! I can't say enough good things about it. Creamy, cheesy, with alot of flavor- a true 5 star recipe, and really easy to make to boot!

Maureen's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
Try this if you're looking for variations on a baked beans recipe: Saute onions and chopped bacon in a skillet with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a touch or dry mustard. Once cooked and caramelized, add to mixture of the following: Butter beans, kidney beans, lima beans, and any assorted beans to your taste. Mix thoroughly, and put into a glass baking dish, in a 350 degree oven for 45 min. or until bubbly around the edges and center. Delish!

Macadamia Nut Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
This is a great recipe, something we have made with our own recipe every Christmas. I suggest making a mango chutney- type salsa to go with the fish. We make ours with fresh mango, red onions, cilantro, and jicama, mixed with lime juice, honey, and spices to taste. It finishes it off really well, and adds a pop of flavor and color! Delish!
