Tacos in Pasta Shells
Very good idea! I did change things up a bit. For the meat, I added taco seasoning to the meat with the cream cheese. I baked it according to the recipe with taco sauce. (also i didn't have taco sauce to I Googled it to make it homemade, and was very easy!) When they were done I topped it with green onion, olives, and then sprinkled the cheese on top. Brought the temperature down so the cheese slowly melted. On the side I had a small salad of iceberg lettuce and tomato.I didn't use the sour cream because the meat was creamy enough with the cream cheese.
