I love to bake. I really enjoy using my bread machine to start breads and then baking them in the oven. I also love making cookies, fudge, cakes and brownies. I even started a dessert website that now contains over 1000 dessert recipes: www.bestsweetrecipes.com My family has a tradition that every Sunday we have homemade pancakes for breakfast and then i make a large pot of sauce with meatballs to cook all day to have for dinner that evening with homemade italian bread. The kids make sure to always be home for dinner on Sundays and know that there is always enough for them to invite friends. One fourth of July I made a tiered fruit platter that my guests were actually taking pictures of. Everyone thought it had to be store bought and were amazed that I made it myself. There have been times that i try new recipes when bringing dessert to peoples house and end up with something horrible and end up making a stop at the bakery because i had to throw out what i had made.
