Caesar Salad II
Wow mine turned out with a very strong mustard taste. Might have been because the type of dijon mustard I got. I somehow saved it was some mayo. It turned out pretty decent after that but I was in a complete panic for a while because I was serving this to guests and didn't have a replacement dressing for the type of food I was serving.

Mexican Beef Supreme
When shopping for ingredients we got green pepper instead of green onion...oops. So we ended up using 1 green pepper and no green onions. My fiance said he never wanted tacos any other way though! Yummo!

Fresh Mint and Cilantro Melon Salad
I was so nervous about this after I started making it. Like another reviewer wrote it seemed off for some reason. I ended up adding strawberrys and grapes to it and did a little prayer it would turn out okay. So after sitting in the refridge a few hours I tried it. It turned out sooo yummy! Tastes like a Mojito for sure!!! The flavors really compliment each other.
