I was born and raised in the New Orleans area and am Italian ... two things definitely in my court for blossuming a great cook. I love making recipes from my family, especially my Gramma Lena's meatballs and a few of my mom's specialties. My ten year old son has been cooking in the kitchen with me since he was a little tyke. He loves cooking and baking. I have mastered Gramma's meatball recipe and love to make it for people. I have not met a single person who hasn't liked it.
