I recently made this cake for an office b-day and it was a huge hit. I had to use lemon cake mix also as I couldn't find the orange however, I added an extra 1/2 tsp of triple sec (as it is orange flavored) to try and cut down the "lemony cake taste" and it did help. Very easy to make and already giving out the recipe to everyone!

I admit I was very unsure about cooking the whole meal in the microwave but decided to follow the true recipe. It turned out fantastic! The shrimp were not "rubbery" at all. It was delicious and very enjoyable - especially since it all cooks in one dish. When I served the rice, we did add a few drops of worchestershire sauce to it for more flavor but no other changes. Can't wait to make it again!

I made this chicken based on the reviews and it was a hit with my family. My 7 year old son loved it and asked if I would make it for his birthday even! I'm not a fan of swiss cheese or cream of celery but decided to try the recipe "as is" and it gave it such a distinct flavor we all loved and will make this over and over again!
