Pizza Pasta
This recipe was quick, easy, and delicious! My husband and toddler son loved it! I did add a little more sauce than what the recipe called for, but other than that, I followed it exactly! It had a great taste! I will be making this dish at family gatherings too!

Chicken Katsu
Growing up in Hawaii, I am very familiar with this dish. This particular recipe is very good and exemplifies the basic recipe amoungst our very diverse culture here. I think it is wonderful! Combined with white rice, tonkatsu sauce, and served over shredded cabbage, we call this meal a traditional Hawaiian Plate Lunch!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
I thought it was ok...my husband really liked it. After making it, I thought that it might make a good burrito filling, as one reviewer mentioned.I did modify the recipe a bit by using chicken broth to cook the rice in to add more flavor, and while boiling the chicken, I added a little salt, basil, bay leaf, and peppercorns to flavor the water.I didn't have a can of cream of chicken so I used sour cream as a substitute...maybe this is why it turned out a little too "mushy" for my taste. But, it was good. I also used a sweet Maui onion instead of just a normal onion for a milder taste.
