Apple Crisp with Cranberry Sauce
Wow! Enough to inspire me to cook more deserts! I used A.P. flour instead of what was suggested, and I also used the "Cranberry, apricot, raisins sauce" (also in allrecipes.com) for cranberry sauce. Really really good, tangy, and sweet. Good crust too. Had it with vanilly ice cream. Yum! Bf loved it.

Cranberry Sauce with Apricots, Raisins, and Orange
Really very good. I dont like things too sweet so I may cut the sugar to 2/3 cup next time. I will use the leftover sauce for apple crumble (see allrecipes.com).

Waterzooi (Vaterzoy)
This soup is good but does not make me go "Wow". It was pretty good the day after, as leftovers (better, you could taste the leeks better). I used a bit less chicken.
