Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti
I thought this was a nice comfort food. I also took the advice of others and added 1 tspn of garlic powder and onion powder. I also added 1/2 tspn red pepper flakes and a can of chopped mushrooms. I had to substitute the cheddar cheese with a can of cheddar cheese soup. It made it taste richer. All in all a good recipe that I will keep and make again!

Spaghetti Olio
I enjoyed this recipe alright the first time I made it by following the directions perfectly. The next time I made it I added tomatoes, mushrooms and basil to the butter and garlic and sauteed them all together. Much tastier that way. I am going to make it this way again for dinner tonight.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
This appetizer is the best!!! I have made it for several friends that have come over and they all really like it. It takes a little longer than 15 minutes to prepare though if you are cutting all your tomatoes up. Next time I make it I will try the canned tomatoes like the reviews say...
