This Taco Seasoning was excellent. I used it with some organic ground beef. We used the beef in soft multi-grain tortillas. I served the tacos with some Mexican rice & black beans. My boyfriend raved that it was the most satisfying meal that he had in awhile. (I guess this is good & bad!) I will definitely be making this again. A little tip for those in western Washington - if you go to PCC, you can get organic spices (they have a section where you can measure out how much you want to use). This was such an awesome option as opposed to buying a bottle of spices that you rarely use!

This chili is spectacular! I made it for the 2010 Apple Cup. Even though it is fairly labor intensive, the reward is well worth it. We ate it the day of, and it was still good, but it tastes much better the next day, as it is a lot thicker & heartier. My Dad, who is an excellent cook, even admitted to liking this & saying how good it was! This is definitely a keeper.

This recipe is so easy & delicious. I needed some type of recipe to use up some ripe bananas, and chose this one. I paired it up with Cream Cheese Frosting II, and it was a big hit at work.
