this makes a great base to add seasoning to, thats what I had to do because as is it is just a little bland.

Quick Pasta Sauce

You won't win best cook of the year with this sauce but it is more than worth it. You get a lot for a little in this case. This is exactly what the title says a quick pasta sauce.

I hated the lemon taste and so did my family, a rare case of everyone agreeing. I threw it all away BUT I am going to try it again with little or no lemon because I do think the recipe should work well.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

This was unbelievably bland, I added seasoning as suggested by other reviewers and it improved a little. I would give it 1 star but because everyone at home enjoyed it except me It gets 3

Easy Vodka Sauce

This is a great recipe. I did as other reviewers suggested and added oregano etc. People think I am twice the cook I am after eating this sauce over simple pasta. The basic recipe as shown is a solid foundation for pasta sauce and it is now a permanent resident in my recipe book.

Pizza Carbonara

I made two, one exactly as shown in the recipe which turned out ok. I discovered that the chicken concentrate I used was more powerful than superman, that plus strong garlic accounted for the just OK result. the second I made with half of the chicken concentrate and half of the garlic. The results are so much better when adjusted for local products. I added shredded chicken breast and its pure magic.

Beer Pizza

tasty recipe but too salty. I did not add salt for the second pizza and drained the bacon fat before adding the tomato sauce and beer. this made the sauce less runny. I was not very very impressed but my family and in laws loved it.
