5-stars if you add more crunch like celery, red pepper, etc. I also added a small can of green chiles. Omit tomatoes; they never hold up well. Other than that, awesome! Made it twice in the span of two weeks for various events.

The sauce does not stick to the chicken and is thin. Would be better if it thickened up a bit. I made this twice and even the second time it wasn't that good when I made it a little bit differently.

This was my first time making anything with curry and it turned out really great! My only complaint is that is lacked a little flavor (perhaps salt) and I couldn't taste the apples once I baked it, but the flavor of the curry (used more than the recipe called for) was warm and good. My boyfriend had two helpings, so it was an overall success! I would suggest serving over basmati rice.
