I am 26 years old, married with 2 children. I am a stay at home dad and a part time Graphic Designer. I went to college for Pastry Arts prior to Graphic Design so I really have a passion for cooking/baking. I work from home so I always have some extra time to try new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
I really love to bake the most. Probably my Mascarpone Cheesecake (which I will be submitting to this site.) But, I also love to cook Asian and Italian food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year we all get together to make Thanksgiving dinner. About 10 of us are chopping, stirring, stuffing and molding our dinner. It is such a blessed event for our family!
My cooking triumphs
I once cooked for 350 people lol It was a graduation party for a cousin...and man was it fun!

If you call setting the kitchen on fire a tragedy....then okay :0)
