I'm an aspiring master chef with the cooking I.Q. of a six year old... could have been one by now but have a consistency problem which sometimes affects my creations. gnocchi... canned soup... omelettes... pb&j lol. My mom used to bake amazing cakes and pies.. that took hours to make and just got better each day after... i miss them. (P.S. shes still around... just obviously has better things to do with her time... MOM!!!) Shitake and Leek Risotto... it was something out of this world.. .. ooo too many to remember... i have the dish in mind... but cant really remember what it was supposed to be... just remember how horible it turned out... :(
