These are great! My entire family of six loves them. I added chocolate chips and I did not flatten them with a fork. Great recipe, thanks!

I use Brown Basmati rice, but most of the recipes I use are bland. My family isn't too fond of rice (probably because the dishes typically taste so bad). I used 2 cups of organic chicken broth, onion flakes, garlic salt, seasoned salt and butter. It was great! Fluffy, nicely cooked and the taste was fabulous. Even my non-rice eaters gave it rave reviews. Barely a small serving left over. I did cook it with my casserole lid on throughout the hour.

I was in the mood for tuna noodle, knowing most call for canned soups (which I don't use) and was pleased to find this. No real fans of tuna noodle in my family of six, but they didn't complain. I added a little sour cream to the mix, eliminated the peas and mushrooms, mixed the shredded cheddar in with the other ingredients and added crushed potatoe chips on top (how my mom topped hers 40 years ago)...Was a little bland, I will add more salt and probably some garlic next time...great winter comfort food...am having the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Fabulous glaze/dip. I melted it in the microwave and coated the bottom of my biscotti (from this site)...delicious!

I've made many biscotti recipes. These taste great. I did have to add about 1/2 C. more flour, it was entirely too runny and sticky to form into logs. I added the hard chocolate glaze from this site (as another reviewer suggested) and they are just delightful!

I started putting this recipe together before reading the reviews (which I never do). Thankfully I had only mixed up one box of pudding (I used instant)with 2 cups milk when I read all the "runny" reviews. After mixing pudding and milk together, I added cake mix and two eggs. Just for some solidity, I added about 1/4 C sour creme (although probably not necessary). Baked it in a bundt pan for 40 ,minutes and it came out great! No falling, not runny and my sample taste was pretty good, Not a "dream cake" by any means. Put is on a holiday plate, sprinkled powedered sugar over it and took it to a holiday party! Only giving it 3 stars since following the recipe as written probably would have not worked and the taste was not quite as WOW as I was hoping.
