Stovetop Pinto Beans
Great starting point to throw a quick dish together. I used green onions, some bell pepper, added some shredded carrots, added some chopped garlic, added some celery, threw in a little dried chopped red pepper and a dash of cayenne and it was excellent - especially as leftovers for lunch the next day. I also cooked a couple small red potatoes and threw them in and cut them into rough chunks with the spatula just before dishing it out.

Microwave Corn on the Cob
Really excellent results cooking corn on the cob with this method! I shucked and rinsed the cobs, wrapped them in the wet paper towel and cooked for about 4.5 minutes and then let it rest for a couple minutes then cooked for another 2 minutes or so and the corn turned out perfectly. The microwave I used was one of them small cheapy white ones you can buy at Walmart. So, a high power microwave isn't required for delicious results. Darin

Ham N Egg Pizza
Thanks so much for posting this recipe! I used some homemade biscuit dough (I kneaded a bit extra to toughen it up a bit) for crust and cooked it in a 9x13 pan for about 30 minutes.
