About this Cook
I've been using this site for quite a while because the reviews are usually so helpful and I finally felt compelled to add some reviews of my own!
My favorite things to cook
My husband is vegetarian, so I really like to try new dishes with vegetables in particular

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
I would have rated this a 2, my husband a 4. I just didn't think they were very good for the amount of work and the amount of fat. The only change I made was to squeeze some of the liquid out. I think in the future I will stick to plain old fried zucchini!

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Very good. I needed to get rid of some homemade pesto and was looking for something different. My pesto was really solid, so I ended up using a bit more mayo than called for to moisten it up and b/c of that ended up using an extra can of tuna (10oz. total). I had to hold myself back from eating it plain, so I can have it on a sandwich tomorrow!!

Best Tuna Casserole
If you are looking for a CLASSIC tuna casserole recipe this is it!! Very good...BUT after reading reviews I made a one change that I think is necessary. It needs more liquid. I used 3 cans of soup for mine, instead of 2 AND added about a cup of milk. I can't imagine that it would be anything but bone dry otherwise! Also, I mixed in the 2 cups of cheese and added a tiny bit more to the top under the recommended layer of potato chips.
