Dad's Hamburger Gravy
We call this SOS at our house.. good old Army food. I don't use the chicken bouillon granules but do use everything else and it's so delicious. We eat it over toast. Love love love this.

Southern Peach Cobbler
Excellent in every way! SO delicious. This recipe has become a family favorite. The topping is very good, adds a nice little crunch -- I did add a few chopped almonds on top of the peaches, then put on the crust... just trying to use the toasted almonds. Not too sweet, which we like. Thanks for sharing this excellent recipe. I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe.

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
Delicious. I made mine with freshly roasted beets which makes a huge difference in deepening the beet flavor. Another thing I did, because I was in a hurry when I made the soup, is that I added a jar of Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage. Absolutely delicious. I am Eastern European.
