I am a busy mother of four, three boys and a girl. My eldest is at college and I homeschool the other three. We are a vegan family that try to cook all our meals from scratch. Both myself and my husband work from home. I love to bake cakes. I also love cooking exotic vegan recipes from around the world as they tend to be the ones with the most flavour and colour. My favourite meals at the moment are asian. We all try to cook together at least once a week, and that is usually a vegan pizza with pasta side so that we can all watch a film together and relax. My current cooking triumph is making Sietan from scratch, including all the washing and the kneeding! I haven't been able to find a good tomato soup that can replace the taste of Campbell's tomato soup, but the search continues!
