Marshmallow Fondant
i've been wanting to try how to make fondant but always scared i can't. been searching recipe of MMF, but this one made really do it this time..i didn't have microwave so i melted the MM using bain-marie..i often read shortening is best to use in making fondant, but it doesn't exist here in france.. still,it really turned out great.thanks for sharing this recipe!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
this cake is good and moist. i didn't have problem takin it out from the pan unlike some other reviewers. i made it 2 times already,1st w/ creme patissiere filling; 2nd w/ caramel sauce. the latter one is better.it's good as basic cake, but your filling gotta compliment the cake, otherwise, it'll either be too heavy or just plain.. but all in all, this recipe is a keeper! thanks for sharing!
