Chop Suey
I made this for my mother, because she always talks about her dad making large vats of chop suey when she was a kid. She said it tasted just like his. Everyone in my family loves this, even my picky 6-year old.

Cheesy Pork Chops with Spicy Apples
These were awesome! I sprinkled the chops with some Memphis Dry Rub,(from this site) minus the MSG, but followed the rest of the instructions. I also added some shredded cabbage to onions and apples. What a wonderful change from my basic pork chops and rice with gravy.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
My husband said this was the best chicken dinner I've ever made. It turned out great. I followed another reviewers suggestion of adding worcestershire and mustard to the chicken. The chicken and potatoes turned out delicious.
