Carrot Cake III

Wow!! I took this to Easter dinner at my grandmothers and EVERYONE loved it. Some people compared it to carrot cakes from restaurants; which made me feel GREAT! A yummy, moist cake that is worth the time spent.

Old-Fashioned Chicken and Noodles

This recipe is sooo close to my grandmother's it's scary. I have alwas wanted to make Chicken and Noodles like hers, but thought it may be difficult. This were so easy to make, the dough rolled out perfect, and the hubby raved after he ate 3/4 the pot. I will make this again, probably with extra noodles because they were SO GOOD!

Fry Bread Tacos II

The idea is great, but I felt like it lacked flavor. Also, some reveiwers said you could fold these like a taco, but we couldn't... they broke EVERYTIME. They were fun to make, but I doubt I will ever make these again.

Armadillo Eggs

These were... er... different. They weren't bad tasting, but they did look weird. I made them for a Super Bowl party and they barely got touched. I doubt I'll be making these again.

Buffalo Shrimp

Yum! I love a dish similar to this at our local 'Cheeseburger in Paradise'. I am so happy that I can make it at home! Like others I did use Frank's Red Hot and about one tbs of margarine as the sauce. My boyfriend and I gobbled them up!
