I am a "random" cook. I randomly add things that seem like they ought to enhance the dish, and then can't remember exactly what I did. I have been cooking for over 30 years and each dish is still a new adventure. I rarely measure anything, and I don't like making dishes that require a lot of attention beyond whipping stuff out of cabinets,into the bowl and then into the oven. I hate things that cant be portioned out and reheated later. Currently I am being forced into adventures in low sodium cooking. What a challenge!
