Banana Pancakes with Berries

Yuuummy fluffy pancakes! The 'coating the banana slices in batter to prevent sticking' tip was great. I also used the vinegar/milk buttermilk substitute, and it worked just fine. I drizzled honey on my pancakes because we didn't have strawberries or whipped cream on hand. Will make again!

Cheese Onion Garlic Bread

Yuummy! This cheesy gooey melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness combines some of my favorite tastes all in one~ The slightly browned, bubbly cheese was awesome and, since I used Miracle Whip instead of mayo, I got an extra tangyness that I really liked. A definite keeper!

Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Garlic bread meets grilled cheese = simply delightful. Awesome buttery garlic kick to my tried-and-true grilled cheese. I used 2 slices of monterey jack along with the mozzarella. Yuummy! Will definitely make these and other varieties again and again!

Sunburst Lemon Bars

These were awesome! My friend and I finished the contents of a 9x9" square pan in one sitting!! We halved the recipe and used the juice of 2 whole lemons and it turned out the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Next time I will make more filling since this time it was a little thin. We also burned ours a little, but after cutting away those unwanted edges, we noticed a lovely, chewy layer on top. We nixed the icing and just sprinkled some powdered sugar. And the rest is history!
