Speedy Chili Mac
The kids looooved it! I didn't bake it. Just mixed it all together in a big saute pan. It tasted slightly bland so I added a little tomato sauce and salt/pepper to taste. Speedy!!!

Easy Taco Casserole
EXCELLENT...the only substitution I made was taco seasoning in place of chili powder. (just cause that's what I had) The whole family loved it. *even the 2 year old!*
