Salsa II
This salsa recipe is a definate keeper! I added less jalapenos than it required and the salsa still kept its tangyness.

Seared Sea Scallops
The scallops were delicious! Don't coat the scallops too much though. Just lightly coat them. Great Recipe!!!!!
