i love loose leaf organic tea, avocados, dessert, Mexican and Indian food. i work at a local non-profit and thrive on giving back to the community. dessert, chicken tacos, Indian food, and more dessert :-) handmade corn and flour tortillas i am a master at Mexican food...getting better at Indian. guacamole is my specialty... complete with chicken tacos. rice! it's my kryptonite...i either make it too mushy, or too crunchy and uncooked.
