Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Amazing! Just make sure you cook them until they are almost black on the outside...that is when they are the best! We've cooked these numerous times now and they always turn out delicious -- this is the only way I cook brussel sprouts now!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
the caramel apple sauce part was really tasty...if only i can learn NOT to overcook my pork chops! it seems like every recipe i follow always ends in tough pork chops.

Vegetarian Korma
this recipe worked ok for us. it was good, not great. the dish really lacked something that we all couldn't put our finger on... it just felt a little flat. like it needed some kind of spice at the end to really rev it up...hhmmm.
