I never made jambalaya before and was little nervous about making it, but my hubby loves it so I gave it a try. I couldn't believe how simple of a recipe it was. I used Bobak's hot and spicy sausage and just used bit of bacon fat and bit of butter. No bacon. The house smelled heavenly. We loved it! My husband kept making yummy noises throughout the whole meal :) This is a keeper!
