Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
Great recipe!!! However, I only used a cup of sugar. Less calories but taste the same! I did ended up using 3 ts of butter though. I also recommand to use a water beth. The cake had no crack at all!!! I do not think it was necessary to have that much of chocolate on the top. Drizzling the chocolate on the top not only made it look prettier, but also had a great balance between the sweetness and the cheesecake flavor! Everyone loved the cake!

I made it twice. First time was kinda of messy. However, it was perfect the second time! I recommand using 1 cup of flour and add a bit of salt. I baked it in a flat pan and cut it into strips as the previous reviewers said. It looked much better at the second time and it make me happier!

Classic Tiramisu
Over all, the recipe is good. Except, I thought it was way too weet. I will reduce the sugar to 2/3 or even 1/2 cup. When I made my second Tiramisu, instead of using the heavy whipping cream, I whipped the 6 egg white to stiff and mixed it with the egg yoke mixture. It turned out just like the whipped cream but LESS fat & calories!!!
