Thit Bo Xao Dau
I love this recipe. I have made it several times now and never change a thing. It's perfect as is. Even my daughter, who doesn't eat red meat, will eat this. Thanks for the great recipe!

Zucchini Bread IV
This bread was excellent! My boyfriend and daughter both said, "Zucchini? I'm not eating that" and then proceeded to gobble it up. I made one loaf and 12 muffins from this recipe. Will definitely make again!

Tangy Spare Ribs
This was very good. I omitted the onion and celery but followed everything else. After cooking for the full amount, I broiled the ribs for about 5 minutes with the sauce on top to make it stick and to brown the ribs. Turned out great. Thanks!
