I am a single girl who loves to cook. I am a Dental Assistant and love my job. I come from a huge Italian family where food is always a big deal. I love to make appetizers. I think it's because I love to have cocktail parties or sports parties. I really enjoy cooking anything. Oh this has to be pasta! or as we always called it "macaroni". We always sat down to eat at the dinner table every night at 5:00 for something yummy my mom would make for us. She's a great cook! Sunday dinner was always a big deal on the weekends we always got together as a family to eat. Well, I have had a couple..probably baked stuffed shrimp or a holiday roast beef. I tend to burn bread a lot. When I'm making toast. I have burned rice a few times too. I could write a book!!
