Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Authentic buffalo wing flavor; cooked two batches: one fried and one baked. Same sauce, side-by-side taste test and the baked won hands-down. They got crispy when sprayed with oil, baked at 375 for about 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally and dipped in sauce twice during the last half of cooking. Very good!
