Banana Sour Cream Bread
Very moist and tasty! Easy recipe to follow although I did have to increase cook time about an extra 30 minutes. Kept for a few weeks and still tasted great!

Chicken Soup III
Excellent! I made it with a whole chicken and the flavors were amazing! My husband had made a special request for chicken soup and he fell in love with this chicken soup!

Tomato Cucumber Salad with Mint
yummy and a nice change. paired it with blackened salmon fillets and some couscous. my husband loved it!
