what a GREAT original recipe! the only thing i changed was to add 2 tbsp sour cream but the dough was still dry (its supposed to be).. i made patties on my hand with the chocolate dough, put a pb ball in the center and wrapped it up .. the cookie is great.. At first I didnt like them but then i tasted them again and loved them. I think i ate too much the first time LOL. they are very rich!

oh my god this was TO DIE FOR! Here is what i did: used 200 grams pancetta, I would use 100 more grams next time, but a pound seems like too much. I used 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 cup parmesan cheese and 4 egg yolks for the sauce.. it was very creamy and not dry at all that way. .my family loved it.. I didnt have shallots so i used half of a large onion and 2 green onions.. and omitted the garlic .. wow, great recipe! this is my new favorite pasta dish :D

wow, great recipe.. IMPORTANT, ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE WET ONES, I THINK ADDING THE WET INGREDIENTS TO THE DRY ING. WILL GIVE YOU A RUBBERY TEXTURE. THESE WERE PRETTY DENSE, well its banana BREAD and I made them as muffins.. I reduced sugar to 1/2 cup and added 1/3 cup chopped walnuts and used a whole egg (eggs and nuts are not bad for you, saturated fat is). That makes them 2.8 grams fat for each serving. this made 12 muffins great recipe! thanks for sharing!

This is addictive! do NOT make it if you are on a diet. one serving is impossible to eat! I ate 8 servings! yes, 2 cups of puppychow! i added a bit of vanilla and 2 tablespoons butter .. sooo good!

This is one of the few recipes I would give a 10 if I could.. chewy, moist brownie type cookie.. Dont be fooled and let them bake 10 minutes, they will look done before, but learn from my mistake. I took them out at 8 minutes and they were raw in the middle. So 10 minutes does the trick! I have 2 things to say: one is i cant imagine why these dont "crinkle" for some people, its impossible for them not to crinkle, because as they spread the sugar spreads and well, they will crinkle! LOL. And 2, after spraying the sheet and using parchment paper i learned whats important is to transfer these to a wire rack after one minute.. NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES! as they cool they will stick to whatever they are on!. good luck!

now this is a GOOD muffin.. FULL of flavor, moist, yummyyyyyyyy .. eat them about 10 minutes after taking them out of the oven. they finish cooking outside.. i normally dont eat anything i bake, but the smell that came from these was absolutly divine. the only thing i changes was to use 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar.. maybe i also added some banana, i used 3 medium ones. great!

Very good recipe! it didnt fit in my 9x13 dish though, i had to make two.. one in a 8x8 and one in a 9x13. i used half a pound of mozarella cheese, 16 ounces ricotta, 1 egg, salt and pepper. mixed that with the pasta. used part skim ricotta and mozarrella. I added 1 pound ground beef to the sauce and sauteed onion. the only reason i give it a 4 is because of the amount it makes, i had to make more sauce for the 8x8 dish. Served with garlic bread. (unsalted butter mixed with garlic powder and salt) topped with shredded mozarella and a bit of oregano, while the ziti was setting i put it in the oven.

I finally made these! my family LOVED them. I did change one think and think it might have been a mistake, i made them with a glaze instead of rolling them in sugar.. i think they would have like them more rolled in sugar, this cookie is NOT too sweet, it is perfect and the rolling them in sugar would make them a 6! DO NOT flatten your cookies too much, or at all. i used 1/2 cup margarine, 1/4 cup butter and flattened the first batch with a glass, they were way too thin, then i flattened them slightly with my fingers.. i liked them that way!

OMG i cant believe i didnt rate these!! they are sooooo good. i add garlic powder to the cheese mixture and use mozarrella cheese instead of the parmesan because the alfredo sauce i make has ALOT of parmesan. i made it with spinach and mushrooms.. tomorrow i am making them again but now just for the family and will be making them with chicken and green onions.. yum! i would make them with red bell pepper and chicken but my cousin doesnt like red bell pepper.. weird LOL

I made this yesterday and i was a little afraid to beat the flour into the wet mixture but decided to do that and it came out wonderfull.. i do think that if you use fresh peaches you MUST taste them first, if they arent very sweet i would use 4 tablespoons sugar (2 brown sugar, 2 white).. i mixed the peaches and sugar/cinnamon in a bowl before arranging them on the dough. then drizzled the sugar syrup that was left.. my family loved it... this is also very good with raspberries oops.forgot to say, i doubled the recipe for the dough and used 2 large fresh peaches

Yummmm soo good.. i used 1 1/2 beef boullion cubes mixed in 1.5 cups water, i had to add 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch to get it to thicken, probably because of not using condensed beef broth, i also added some garlic and pepper and marinated the beef in wine for 3 hours before cooking. I also added some cream cheese and a little less sour cream.. it was creamy and had a really good taste. i also had to add some salt at the end.. i think this much be waaaaaaaaaay better in the slow cooker

yummm, these are really good, i use regular muffin papers cut in half.. they turn out great.. make about 17 if you like a salty sweet taste, use 1 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and only 1/2 cup graham crackers.. trust me!this will give you a true peanut butter cup!!

im sure this is better with sugar and whole milk, but if you use skim milk and 2 teaspoons cocoa and splenda, you have a 18 calorie drink with 0.5 grams of fat :)

very good soup! i added a chicken boullion cube.. also made it with condensed tomato soup and garlic powder.. both times it was very good! i recommend trying this recipe, as weird as it sounds. Do not serve inmediatly. if you want it for lunch make in the morning or night before. trust me!

yummmmmmm very good WITH the changes! 1 1/2 cups sugar is too much, i honestly think the person who submitted this recipe put 1/2 cup, because even 3/4 cups was too sweet. I ended up adding another cup of milk mixed with 2 teaspoons flour. It was perfect! didnt have to add more eggyolks either.. this was perfect for me because i live in chile and they dont sell pudding here.. or im not very sure what the translation would be, so i prefer making it from scratch.. i didnt use the egg whites for the meringue, i whipped up some cream and sweetened it.. i didnt think the meringue would go so well.. maybe it does, but my family doesnt like meringue that much anyway.. plus its summer here and the cold dessert with cream is more "refreshing" thanks for this great recipe!

oh my god these were soooooooo good!!.. I didnt think they would be such a hit, i added some pepper and garlic powder and only used mozarrella cheese.. sooo good! also, i used 3 eggs, 3 cups zuccini, 3/4 cups flour and 1 1/4 cup cheese. I had 12 patties the size of those you see in the pictures.. great recipe! no need to drain the zuccini, mine was pretty dry anyway.. but if you have excess liquid i would drain

Best banana muffins, even though i didnt have the egg, i used 3 large bananas and 1 tablespoon 1/2 mayonaise and decreased the salt to 1/4 teaspoon.. these were sooo good. I added the crumb topping 10 minutes after puting them in the oven, and it was a pain in ...! sorry for my french, but the crumb topping just fell off, and my muffin pan and oven was full of sugar! so next time i will just put it on top before baking.. I have done it that way before, dont know why I even bothered doing this.. Just make sure your butter is cold to achieve the crumb topping.. good luck! Tip: Dont eat these just out of the oven, let them sit 7 to 10 minutes, that way you wont have a gooey center.. it will be cooked though, it just needs to sit

Very good! However, i believe that to achieve the "crumb" topping the butter must be cold.. Fill only 2/3 or you will have trouble taking them out :)

Very good chili! I halved the recipe and the changes i made were: 2 1/2 cups cooked black beans, a can of tomatos that i diced and included the juice, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 1/4 teaspoons cumin (didnt use chili powder). I left the rest the same just used half. It came out delicious! I did sautee the onion with the meat and drained. this made enough for 5 people. But not gigantic portions. So if you want to eat ALOT i would stick with the recipe :)
