Best banana muffins, even though i didnt have the egg, i used 3 large bananas and 1 tablespoon 1/2 mayonaise and decreased the salt to 1/4 teaspoon.. these were sooo good. I added the crumb topping 10 minutes after puting them in the oven, and it was a pain in ...! sorry for my french, but the crumb topping just fell off, and my muffin pan and oven was full of sugar! so next time i will just put it on top before baking.. I have done it that way before, dont know why I even bothered doing this.. Just make sure your butter is cold to achieve the crumb topping.. good luck! Tip: Dont eat these just out of the oven, let them sit 7 to 10 minutes, that way you wont have a gooey center.. it will be cooked though, it just needs to sit
