Smothered Bacon Chicken
This was o.k. I definitely should have friend the bacon first as some suggested. The limp pieces of bacon were pretty unappealing. The taste was good, but it does need changes.

Easiest Pot Roast Ever
Very easy pot roast. The only changes I made was to leave out the celery because I didn't have any and I used chicken broth instead of water since that is what I had on hand. It was super tender and delicious.

Simply Delicious Meat Loaf and Gravy
This was a great and super easy recipe. I followed it to the letter and thought it was yummy. I usually don't like meat loaf because people put ketchup and other weird stuff in it. I liked that this was a nice, simple and basic recipe.
