The Best Meatloaf

This is exactly how I make my meatloaf, only instead of steak sauce, I use worchestershire sauce! My Hubby hated meatloaf until I made him try this recipe! it's moist and delicious :)

Jaxx's No Chunk Spaghetti

This is better than my mother's sugar cookie recipe that I've been using for years! (don't tell her that though!) If you roll these cookies thin, they are delightfully crispy, but if you keep them slightly thick, they make a nice soft cookie! These are so good that they don't even need frosting!!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This was okay. I think if I make it a second time I'll cook the stuffing before adding it to the casserole...The stuffing was really crunchy so I had to kind of mix everything together after it was baked to get the stuffing to absorb moisture. My husband didn't like this recipie at all, but it was okay for me.

Baby Back Ribs

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

I made these for dinner tonight and they were AMAZINGLY GOOD! I changed the recipie a bit by adding cumin and omitting the jalapenos of for hatch green chiles. I also omitted the cilantro since I don't like it. I added some shredded chicken into the mix and it was wonderful! I will definitely make these over and over again!

Baked Ziti with Sausage

Everytime I've eaten baked ziti it's always been dry and flavourless, but this recipie is EXCELLENT! I love it!! I followed the recipe the same other than cooking the onions and garlic with the sausage since I don't like raw onions. The noodles stayed nice and soft and were sooo creamy and delicious!

Hot Italian Giardiniera

this is THE BEST! I am so hooked on it!! The only change I made was that I used extra light olive oil for a lighter flavor and it is soooooo good! I'll never buy the store made stuff again!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

This recipe was okay. I substituted half and half for the heavy cream and sauteed some red bell peppers with the chicken and garlic. There's a flavor missing from this dish that I can't quite put my finger on, but it's worth messing with the recipe to figure it out. My husband is super picky, but he really liked it regardless!
