Cheesecake Bars
This was good if you like a thick crust. If made again I would double the top and 1/2 the bottom.

Mexican Egg Rolls
Just finished makeing them and yummy! I added corn and black beans and will be makeing them again I am sure.

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Loved it and will make again! I will cut the chips next time because it is so sweet but we just ate smaller portions. I was out of bourbon also and used a cheep coffee laquor knock off and it was great! Thanks!
