Easy Decadent Truffles
These are delicious and are always a huge hit. They are really sweet though.

Dark Chocolate Cake I
This is the only chocolate cake recipe I will use. It is so delicious. I don't recommend doubling the recipe unless you have a very large mixer and you can use two cake pans as long as they are three inches deep otherwise it tends to burn in regular 8-inch pans.

Beer-Batter Onion Rings
This came out a little bland so I ended up adding a lot of seson salt trying to bring out the flavor. I did love the end result of the batter. I will defenitly use it again.
