Cream Peas
This was nice, but not the best. I added more milk to mine as the sauce was too thick. Interesting way to make a roux. I did like how easy it was to make.

Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions

Succotash
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner and several times since and everyone loves it! (I cut way back on the butter.) YUM!
