Mom of 3-6 kids at any given moment. I own a family child care business... My husband is in the Air Force, so we get to "see the world" at least from the inside of the base fences :o). CAKES! From family favorites to Swiss or Italian buttercream, to Fondant, with or without filling... CAKES! Thanksgiving with the usual, Christmas cookies, anytime Toll House cookies with my daughter, puppy chow (not quite sure that's cooking :o) and gingerbread houses with all of the kids! My spongebob cake! Picture to come I am the only person I know who can make a full sheet Spongebob cake covered in fondant, but ruins EVERY pot roast within a mile radius. Seriously, keep me away from your roast (especially in the slow cooker), or there will be bad consequences...
