Three Cheese Manicotti II
Very good, needs just a little more seasoning. I threw in some Italian seasoning and extra basil and garlic. Also the best method for stuffing the shells is defiantly letting the soak in hot water for 10-15minutes and then rolling cheese mixture like playdough and stuffing it inside them, make sure to add a few minutes to your cook time though.
