Turkey Drumsticks
This is a great basic recipe for novice and advanced cooks. Like others, I did subtle changes such as spicing to my taste. To get that nice crispy skin we all like, I seared it in a pan before baking. Lots of salt and pepper and 4 minutes on each side give you signature turkey skin. Great recipe though. Makes use of one of the most flavorful parts of the turkey.
