I'm always looking for new ideas to please a large family! I've baked a dozen varieties of sweets for Christmas (I love Christmas!)for the last 6 years now, my children love it! Tamales! About 5 years ago a friend of my grandmother taught me. It takes me two days to prepare and then assemble and steam 10-15 dozen. So worth it!
