My favorite family cooking traditions
I bake a dozen varieties of sweets for Christmas (I love Christmas!)every year. I started this tradition selling cookies for extra Christmas cash and it stuck. I still bake to sell at Christmas and the whole family enjoys the rewards =)
My cooking triumphs
Tamales! About 5 years ago a friend of my grandmother taught me. It takes me two days to prepare and then assemble and steam 10-15 dozen. So worth it!
