Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
WOW! The flavor of this dish is really amazing. I used tarragon instead of dill because I really don't like dill. I find taragon subs pretty well in most cases. I did deglazed with about 1/4 cup chicken broth and added most of the seasonings to the sauce instead of the chicken. Hubby even asked about the recipe and the kids ate a bit more than usual (which is really saying something!) This will be in the usual rotation for it's simplicity and wonderful taste. Fast and delicious, thank you for sharing!
