Steff's Shepherd Pie
I made a few changes, just based on what I had in the house. I used Golden Mushroom soup, and frozen mixed veggies. I also sauteed the onion with the hamburger, and threw in a little minced garlic and worstershire sauce. I always make my mashed potatoes with butter, milk and a little cream cheese. This was fabulous! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. Especially because it was much simpler than other Shepherd's Pie recipes I've tried! My husband and his boss gave it 2 thumbs up, and both said it was a definite re-do. Thank you so much for a recipe I will use often!

Best Spanish Rice
Was looking for something simple to go with my chicken enchiladas, but didn't think I'd find a recipe that I had all of the ingredients for...wrong! I had slightly less than 1 1/2 cups rice, but kept the broth the same. Used corn & black bean salsa, and didn't peek at all for the 20 min. It was perfect!! Thanks for a great recipe that I'll use over and over!

Spiced Pork Chops
Very good! I followed the ingredient list exactly, but after I browned the chops I put them in the slow cooker on low with the sauce for about 6 hours. They were very tender and my husband loved them!!
