Easy Guacamole
I love this recipe, with the added white vinegar as someone else suggested. I also like to add cilantro and sour cream and blend until smooth. YUMMMMMM!!!

Kiki's Borracho (Drunken) Beans
I LOVE this recipe! I add the peppers to my own bowl so the kids won't think it's "too spicy." For adults who love traditional borrachos, this is the one! Awesome in the crock pot, too!!

Slow Cooker Fifteen Bean Soup
The taste is wonderful, but the smell of cabbage cooking in your crock pot is not to my liking. It still tastes great, but I think I'll skip the cabbage next time.
