Baked Pork Chops I
Made this per the recipe, except doubled the sauce and used one cream of mushroom and one golden mushroom soup. My husband and I didn't think the breading on the meat adding anything positive (just ended up as mush). But thought that the sauce was very good. Next time we'll grill the pork and prepare the sauce on the side.

Ham Asparagus Gratin
I used this recipe b/c I had some left over honey baked ham from Easter. I used an extra can of soup (had to use cream of celery as the store didn't have cream of asparagus). Also used about double the cheese. I also added some more spices such as garlic and a little red pepper. This isn't something I'd serve company, but it was good and I froze some and it was good reheated for lunch.

Brown Rice, Broccoli, Cheese and Walnut Surprise
My husband and I thought this tasted a little plain. Generally think it needs more seasoning and maybe more cheese?
